New campervan trip 09 3rd 2017.
Travelled from our WC 152 in the Manor valley to car park NT260392 at S side of Peebles. Left Dot with Jean at 09.20 and biked with Dash along Glen Sax. Parked bike at ruin called Glen Sax at NT265341. Then walk directly up hill to ridge and headed SW to Hundleshope Heights. From there I traversed to col at NT235331 and ascended to Stob Law. For the return I went to Broom Hill then back to Hundleshope Heights and so return to Glen Sax. Biked out back to van at 13.45.
Moderately strong S wind but remained dry for period of route.
Travelled to Megget reservoir Linghope WC 17 for an overnight. Weather deteriorated as we drove to Megget.
