Video of Fun:

After a rather stormy few days the forecast was looking reasonable and from my base in Lochinver, I decided to test the forecast on Quing - turned out not too bad - what a fantastic day. Started off in Blizzards but my timing couldn't have been better as I was greeted by fog bows and broken spectres on the first summit, a magic day to b on the hill.

Just love all your reports! Thanks so much. I've walked Quinag last Summer and I loved it although for me (not entirely without fear of heights) there were some scary bits :? - they look even scarier in your video. I didn't make it all the way to Sàil Ghorm, only to Sàil Gharbh. But returning to Assynt in a few weeks and Sàil Ghorm is on my list :)
