A decent jaunt from the car park in Arrochar. The old path on the map wasn't in great shape after a the extended period of wet weather. As we passed above the slow line, going was slow in the deep soft snow (snow shoes might have been a good option if either of us owned a pair).

After getting onto the ridge, to at least get the views below over Ben Lomond and Loch Long, we decided that given the lateness of the the day and the slow progress to head for home while we were still enjoying ourselves. You can't always reach your targets and the hill will be there another day.
