December 30th 2008, a walk on my own up the well trodden Cobbler Path from the Succoth carpark.

The low sun made The Cobbler look like an alpine mountain.

Better was to come as when I climbed up The Cobbler from the beallach with Beinn Narnain, a cloud inversion took place.

I stayed up top for ages and had then to descend into the clag and below for the long and uneventful walk back to the carpark.

Very very nice pictures conditions! The Cobbler looks almost Himalyan with the contrast to the foreground. 8)

Impressive stuff :D I've practically given up looking at Cobbler reports as there are just so many, but I'm glad I checked this one.
