I have been using my bike more recently to exercise. Several routes on the edge of the Cairngorms using the minimum of time on tarred roads. A mixture of prepared cycle tracks eg beside the dualled A9 and the Loggers track beside the road between Aviemore and Glenmore along with Forest tracks, Estate tracks and old paths.

looking back on the original path above the Spey prior to Kincraig. There are several options here now with the coming of the Badenoch Way and now the Speyside Way reaching Kincraig.
