I found this walk on viewranger and I think it was by Ronald Turnbull. I liked the look of it and thought it was within my capabilities whereas the full ring of Steall would be too much for my lack of fitness. Lovely day and only saw a couple of walkers tackling the ring anti clockwise, and a couple of ultra runners practicing for the weekends international sky race.
Absolutely insane :shock: and beyond my comprehension.
