Another first for me. A bike/hike from Old Bridge of Tilt (Glen Tilt car park), bike to Balaneasie (about an hour with messing about) then walk up to the summit - less than 2 hours to top (first lunch in bown on NE side) and a bit over an hour down, so sitting in the sun having 2nd lunch by the burn at Balaneasie. Joined by nice couple with their kiddie for a while. Then another less than an hour back to the car. A grand day out and so much easier on my heel (planter fasciitis)! Slipped on slope right at the bottom of the walk - too bothered by looking at my bike - but lesson learned - concentrate! Nice bruise on hip.
