After a soggy Corbett yesterday, we had a lazy late breakfast at Heathers before heading off in the sun for a wander over Pulpit Hill. The WH report has you going round this hill but its worth the detour to the top on a good day for the views alone

Boots on,,as that was all I had other than my open sandals lol. Waterproof tied round my waist,,just in case.

Wandered up the road before heading off into the trees to follow a track up towards the mast and the undulating path over Druim Mor. A breezy day but hazy hill views off in all directions, Ben Cruachan horseshoe, Mull, Ardnamurchan, Nevis not quite visible. Stopped often to enjoy the views and to spot the car sitting down below at Heathers place lol. Saw 2 or 3 other people on the round but blissfully quiet. Thistles, views, bees, sheep, views views views.

I can see the house from here

Not a demanding walk but a lovely way to spend a bit of time before a sunny afternoon in the garden with lunch, tea and cake then a drive back to Glasgow.
