This is a nice walk on mixed terrain with some of the track beyond the laundry path often rather boggy since timber operations in the woods.
From the Speyside centre (which is a great stop for refreshments) it is now possible to cut through a winding woodland path to join the old A95 and avoid walking alongside the busy main road.
The route then follows the old road to Broomhill where you go left uphill behind the “big house”.
The woodland trail from here is up and down but with much wildlife to watch out for as before you reach another stretch of the old A95 With some wide ranging views of the Spey and the local hills.
The final stretch is back in the pleasant woods as you approach Dulnain Bridge and pop out Into the village nearby the old tin church.
