Nowhere near suitable for Munro baggers, but more than the average dog walker would want, so a fine day for a peaceful empty walk with good views. Only met two people - who had taken a short route to King's seat. Left the car outside Collace and straight into the start. Obvious tracks and no chance of getting lost to Dunsinane peak. Then Blackhill next to it - down and up again with obvious sheep track much of the way. Blackhill has a transmitter on it now. Then King's seat clearly seen so again no likelihood of getting lost. A bit boggy going in places but nothing major. Many easier going sheep tracks but sometimes a bit of plodding through the heather is needed. But the heather was purple pink red and gold. A no stress walk with beautiful views all round right up to the Tay road and rail bridges.
