L unable to glide due to weather in E so he agreed to come up a hill with me instead. Headed over to W since weather much better. Chose Tinto since it was within an hour's drive. Weather great when we got there. Lots of other people had same idea.
L's boots hurting him again when he walks uphill (same happened on Little Conval) so did not make it the whole way instead we bailed out just past Totherin. Still got great views.
Investigated the Iron Age fort at the start of the path instead.
Really amazing how much of it is there.
