Decided to take our girls out one last time before going back to school.
They wanted to see BSM hut and so we decide to try and get them to top of Carn A'Mhaim and let them see Corrour bothy aswell as the surrounding views. We started off from Linn of Dee carpark and as we were leaving we all heard a jet which was very noisy and turned out to be a Euro-Fighter. We took a leasurely walk to BSM hut and slept in there that night.
We headed off next day around 11am the weather was good but as we neared Carn A'Mhaim the wind picked up. As we ascended the wind got worse and the sky darkend with clouds. Our Girls reached Carn A'Mhiam's summit around 3.30pm.
We headed back down towards Derry lodge. We planned to camp out there and did but the Midgies we out in force, there was millions of them but we survived and head off next day towards Linn of Dee carpark, the car and home. All in all another good outing, WELL DONE GIRLS!!!!!
