Having been forced to work the Saturday which gave us one of the best weekend days for a long time I was worried that Sunday was going to be a let down with regards to the weather even though all forecasts were showing Sunday would be as good as. Pleasantly I wasn't let down as the sun started to rise as we set off just before eight.

We reached the summit of beinn Ghlas not long after nine and decided to push to lawers rather than stop.
On reaching the lawers trig in good time we caught up with a couple of lads who had passed us earlier and between us decided that due to the fine weather An Stuc was a definite too.

Scott,Stevie and Danny at An Stuc cairn. Well done lads!!
Brilliant Day, Brillaint weather after continual weekend walking in rain and wind. Also chuffed to bits to have have bagged three Munros in the one go. Can't wait to next week, hail, rain or shine! :D

Thanks Polly, yes I'd agree with you, An Stuc was a wee bit tricky, especially it being the last one and my legs a being a bit heavier by then . Hopefully we can get a few more weekends with the weather being so good. :D

I think you're thinking of An Stuc from the Meall Garbh Polly. From Bew Lawers it's fine and even from the Meall Garbh it's not too bad, just a bit steep although a lot of walkers avoid it from this side.
