Hello fellow WH members its great to be back after a 6/7 week lay off(youngest lassie was moving house & dad was joiner/plumber/electrician/painter/decorator/removal man/general dogsbody). This was not the intended walk planned for this day,but after stretch"s epic day on the Aonachs on Sat this was just what the doctor ordered,it had it all, great views, blue sky"s,cloud inversion and a chance to catch up with Andy before he heads home.
Wont bore you with a long winded TR, and also, there has been many fine reports posted already from this weekend,so I will just let the pictures taken speak for themselves, hope you enjoy.

Enjoyed this one Willie, fingers crossed for fine weather next Saturday. Also, the only reason I'm 'happy' in that one pic is because I'm standing on flat ground.

A heavy heart indeed Willie. But you guys have some great memories together on the hills. These things tie you together in friendship. :D

Certain hills let the views do the talking and Ben Vrackie is one off them. A straight forward path up so all you have to do is snap away and hey presto, walk report done :D

These are clearly photoshopped cos you two are together and the sun is shining  its good that you took a quiet stroll in the sun before the long goodbye. I reckon Gammy will have to make the WH North America Meet Up

Great to see the sunshine and the inversions, but the highlight of the day is Stretch wearing his other pair of trousers!!
Obviously the waterproofs are in the packing case ready for TN winter weather!!!! :D

Have done this hill a few times, the last time was on a Christmas Eve in 2006 (stopped in the Moulin Inn), with an identical inversion...

Nice photos of a fine walk. Really like the look of the halfway Lochan, if I ever get up here I will take my bikini and go in for a swim. Not in the winter though
