Just getting started with the walking. Done a navigation course with the McofS, excellent.
Heading up to Glen coe in the next few weeks. Any ideas on a few easy walks to get started or a munro to bag?

Hi Iaina and welcome!!
The Glencoe munros are perhaps not the easiest; perhaps the best bet would be Buachaille Etive Beag?

The walk up into the hidden corrie/lost valley ( Corrie of Plunder, the original Gaelic name is Corrie Gabhail) is interesting - quite short but with a bit of strenuous work up the steep bits, then you come out into a flat green glen between the hills. The local clansmen used to hide stolen cattle up here. It makes an impressive view all round, and gets you in the mood for headier stuff.

The Pap of Glencoe is a good objective too.
