I think it's funny how short distance this route is compared to your other 'work'. 3.5 miles, what were you thinking? :lol:

Grand photo's that really capture how BEM towers above the moor, but I felt my stomach upon seeing this unroped steep snowfield stuff. :clap:
I sure won't be doing this kind of climbing, or ... perhaps with a guide.

Stunning video...... but I think I'll try a more conventional route up when I plan this one for summer time....

Fantastic stuff Alan and Keith but I must confess to only being able to 'enjoy' this because you guys looked completely in control of what you were doing!!!!

Absolutely bloody fantastic Alan! It is a little ego deflating to know I was the only one on Etive Mor that day who went up the tourist route.

Excellent mountainstar, what a perfect day you got for it too. I'm doing my first winter mountaineering course with Tiso this weekend, no doubt it won't be anything like that but I can't wait :D
