Munros included on this walk: Creise, Meall a' Bhùiridh

Date walked: 07/03/2012

Time taken: 5.5 hours

Distance: 8 km

Ascent: 500m

Di Dhomhnaich agus an t side aimsir math ..... for a Sunday in Lochaber not a bad forecast so booted agus suited at the foot of Meall a Bhuiridh by 9.30am.

Bha an t side tioram agus bha an grian a mach , dry and sunny in places with a covering of sneachd !

Coisich sinn luath air a mhullach ...we reached the summit quickly with the ground hard underfoot an easy height and good views between heavy snow showers

Snow ach but not enough for the ski folk so just Mise agus an Cu :D we soon were on Meall a Bhuiridh

Its a steep drop to the bealach and a temporary white out slowed us for a wee while however normal service was resumed on the Druim nan Creise

Ah tha latha breagha gu dearbh ...and we spent a wee bit time on the Cárn nan Creise catching the cracking light and sealltainn :D

We were blessed with a fine day although the view was not extensive ,great light and atmosphere

looks like a smashing day out, lovely light, and the dog on Creise looks like he's really enjoying himself. wish I was there.

Looked a lovely day up there and the picture of the dug is cracking get it in for the competition

The dog covers an awful lot of ground up n down he likely does 4 times more than the master :lol:

he loves it !
