(5th sept 09 )We took our time on this walk.. was a wet day the ground is hard very stoney so glad I wore my boots. it is a steady climb uphill. The view was beautiful once we got through the Forest. Had a drink and sandwich sat an admired the splendid view. It has 3 sign walks cycle(yellow) an (green)easy and hard is red. we took the red route .. We decided to returnto the car . but had we gone futher would of took us to Abeyfoyle.a futher 2 miles.
