Up the road no bother well apart from the big stag that just about ran infront of us at the bridge of orchy OHHHH it was close that would have wiped the car out and us probably

Driving through glencoe was magical all the tops with there white scarfs on we mist The turn for marmore lodge a quick turn then up the single track away we set of at 8.30am

up the track then skirtted round the stalkers cottage not much to say about the walk in but it was enjoyable we mist the cairn that marks the start of the climb going to far on the lochside,so just went sraight up till we hit the path 10 mins maximum once on the RIGHT path just followed till the other wee cairn at the 705mtr mark you can carry on round the path to the back of the hill if you want but the path round there is steep.

So we set off up the zig-zag path steep but good going we hit a bit of snow on the way up started to go over it but scot slipped on his arse  at the start of the snow so we skirted round it it felt like 30minutes or so and we were on the flatter bit of the hill that was at 920mtr then it was a nice walk to the cairn wich sends you to Binnein Mor sat at the cairn and had a banana and some juice.Started the walk along the ridge not that SCARY but the clag hid the drops most of the time

plus the wind had calmed down which wasn't that bad to start with it could be a bit hairy if the wind was blowing though  made the summit

Nice report Quoman, am hoping to get up that way in the summer.
Is the route down off Leachd na h-Aire pretty straightforward? It looks do-able but isn't the normal route off Na Gruagaichean.

Hi Skuk.
the route down was pretty steep and slippy underfoot we fell about half dozen times each. Thats the only way we could see.
The farmer has put what looks like a new deer fence up so had to follow it till we hit the sheep pen and the gate.

Even in the clag we still enjoyed the walk, and the ridge would have been a quality to walk along on a clear day.
The dird never moved it just sat there eying us up  there was three of them 2 jumped down abit lower.
