What a difference a week makes ! .. last week on An Caisteal agus Beinn a Chroin we had ...........

Having to be back in Ardnamurchan for 6pm i opted for Gleann Etive and Beinn Starabh is Glas Beinn Mor which is only 1.5hrs away

Started out at 8am with an cú taking the "lead" as usual , promising forecast and dry !

After a wee break on Starabh , Beinn Aigheanan caught my eye on the way to Glas Bheinn Mor ..should i bag that as well :?

Uill chan eil bha i fad air fhalbh ... nah to far and not enough time so another day and off up Glas Bheinn Mor !

Bha an gaoith ann ...twas windy on this peak so we dropped off quickly and looking at the time it was only one o'clock should i do Stob Coire nan Albannach ?

It was lovely on the mullach and good views all round, I briefly skirted with the notion to do Meall na Eun then decided that three was enough for today

lovely pictures and as always an cu steals the show! we took the detour to Beinn nan Aighenan last April - it was a long slog. further than it looks.

Enjoyed your report, particularly as Ben Starav is one of the few Munros that I've done and, obviously now, won't be adding anymore :D

I'm heading up to Glen Etive this September. I've got a bit of 'tidying up' to do around there.

Reading your report and seeing your great photos makes me be looking forward to then all the more.
