This board is for meeting up, whether it means arranging group walking trips, or just looking for a partner for your next walk or sharing a lift. There is also a club directory.
Feel free to use this board to arrange to meet up with other walkers, either individually or for a particular walk, or for a larger get together over a weekend. The usual precautions are advised when arranging to meet individuals you have not previously met.
Please note that meetups are NOT arranged by Walkhighlands and everyone who arranges to meet for a walk using this board is responsible for their own safety. Please ensure you do not attempt a walk beyond your own abilities.

Planning either camp Sat night or early start from Glasgow Sun morning, the first is preferable given the length of the walk. It certainly looks easier as a 2 car job too!

Done this a couple of weeks back. Amazing!!!!! but defo take 2 cars or the walk back can be (so I'm told) hellish

have to wait see how i get on with the ridge walk should be okay if not can always meet back at car if you feel okay go for it

a couple of us going now leaving glasgow tea time saturday to be wet .dont know were to camp yet clunie inn area probley start 7 hopefully check forcast friday. hope not too bad dont fancy long day in rain hopefully sunny spells shame one for good vis.
