For anybody wanting to travel to Ben Hope the easiest way to find it is to put in Alltnacaillich into your sat nav, this shall take you within 2 miles of the car park for Ben Hope, it really is very simple ... roads are very narrow for last 30 miles so take your time. The climb itself is very easy, there is nothing in the area for about 40 miles though, no shops, no bars, no houses, NOTHING !!!

I had the pleasure in doing the climb with John (Tomsie on the forum) and Russell (RTC on the forum) ... the weather was ok to start with but then it became dreadful, waterproofs helped but still got soaked, new boots needed after this one !!! No much to see at the top except the Trigg point and about 10 foot in front of us ... great to bag the furthest away Munro though, so happy at that :)

You got a few nice photo's anyway, wind didnt help either on the way up.

On my road map although a bit old has plantations, but most are cut down now.

See they let ye into the stadium.
