Left work in Aberdeen at 15:30 and was on the mountain bike heading up the hill at !4:30.
Fine and dry with a good wind to ensure there were no midges.
My two "Olympic" collegues set the pace whilst I tried to keep up.
Bikes left at the last bridge over the river before the real climb. Met three others coming down.

Steady tough climb but not too long before we reached the top.

Pretty quick return back to the bikes and then the run back to the start averaged 20 mph !!
Back at the cars at 20:20hrs and eating fish & chips at Jumbos in Peterculter before 21:00!

Nice hill that can be done in an evening if the planning and weather is good. There can't be many hills you can climb on a weekday after work! Enjoy it before the nights draw in.
