Myself and Ryan set of for the Lawers hotel and met up with Ian Rab and Jake and started walking at 8.Followed the route from this site past the wee shop
001.JPG
There's a private joke in here
and up through the woods where jake got yelped at by a couple of noisy wee dugs called rosie and jim  Soon on to the hillside

begin the long hard slog up to meall griegg

IB
The views were good but it was a strong wind and we were unsure what the weather was going to do as we struggled to the top

First look at an stuc
Eventually got to the top and it was baltic, could find no shelter for a cuppa as we waited for rab and ian so headed of for meall garbh as soon as they got up

Meall Greigh
013.JPG
Windy as ......
Heading for meall garbh we stopped and put on the waterproof breeks ,except ryan who hadn't brought his, soon a heavy hail shower hit us and he was soaked through. The shower never lasted long and ryan decided to carry on which proved a good shout as the day was to remain dry(but windy likes) and we trugded up to meall garbh
022.JPG
Not the summit
Got to the first cairn which we thought was the top, took photos and headed down the path to a sheltered bit for lunch
024.JPG
Potted hough
Todays delicacy was potted hough, not sure ryan liked his but jake certainly did as he nearly ate the pot aswell  Then it was off again where we came across the actual summit
029.JPG
real summit
Soon it was time for an stuc which were had been looking forward to all day

An stuc
032.JPG
At the bottom of the scramble we met two guys who had got about half way up and had turned round saying they didn't fancy it,this never helped our confidence but we gave it a go and the five of us soon made it up safely
036.JPG
You can just make out the 2 guys coming down
040.JPG
041.JPG
The scramble was good but all over to quickly and we sat at the top for long enough for the summit pics
044.JPG
Me ian and jake on an stuc
Had a pit stop in the shelter of some big rocks on the way down to the lochan before the walk back and seven and a half hours after starting we were in the ben lawers hotel for the mandatory pint .Another great which saw myself and ian complete the lawers range and well done to wee Rab for battling on ,another great effort

aye that was us Pigeon

like i said what day it made us work hard for every munro we did, did not realise the scambling part of An Stuc was so bad  from the Lawers side.

after we finished Greigh we went down via the horn carver and walked along the road back to lawers visitor centre omg we were so pleased when two walkers pulled their car over on the hill road to lawers and offered a lift :D
