Left Motherwell at 7.oo am arrived at 10:00 am due to missing the last turning and ending up the wrong side of the munro
now on the correct side and ready to go at 10:30 am as soon as i got my bearings
was a cold wintry day but clear skys and sunny
another brilliant walk and only 5 people seen all day
start of walk by dam

dam from above

bit of a steep ascent

icy but clear path to follow

just follow the fence line

snowy tops in the distance

keep going

view looking back down path

there is the Summit !!
