Distance: 22 km

Ascent: 2100m

Me and Alan s ,jumped in my works van and headed to glen etive. a really long day out and we were even gonna try the 5 today :lol: , glad we didnt as it got dark half way off ben starav as we did the walk in reverse. really enjoyed today and wish to thank alan for my wee dram off whisky for my 100th munro cheers mate :thumbup:, great day on the hills also met jock mcjock , got back to the van thanks to alans headtorch as i forgot mine :shock: ,then the key wouldnt work in van door .after 10minutes alan tried and it opened first time :oops: ,we headed of to the kingshouse for usual grub and a pint. then headed home . the van was making a loud rumble from the rear as we just got into kilmahog the back end of the van started snaking and skidding, Alan woke from his deep sleep as we came to a standstill :lol: ,the wheel had came of my van :shock: , parked up the van and called for a lift, got home at 12 o'clock sorry alan. a long day but was still fun. grabbed my ton and was glad to be alive . cant wait until next time. wont be taking the van though :lol:

Well done again mate was great to be there and celebrate with a wee dram
Was certainly an entertaining day but am no going near that van again :lol:
must also thank Pollyh33 as it was her whisky that she gave to me for my 100th 8) cheers Polly got to celebrate all over again :D

Quite a day bagging these four and passing the 100 :thumbup: Some great pictures too of great hills :D Good to see the weather improved as the day wore on :D Not sure I'd have appreciated a wheel falling off the vehicle though :shock:

Well done JB! 100 is special moment and what great hills to be in :wink: :D :D
Valerie and I were up Ben Starav in pretty poor conditions a few weeks back and I was feeling poorly, leading a wee navigational error on my part. Loved the mountain and will be heading back to complete the area next year :D

Holy Smoking Duck Poo!! The steering wheel came off!? Nuts! :shock: And hilarious! :lol: But glad to hear that you are all in one piece. I have yet to do these hills, but from your pics they look pretty impressive. Well Done on reaching a ton! :D

Alice what jb has failed to tell you or anyone else is he runs his own company......................as a mechanic ffs :lol: :lol: .
