Nikon coolpix - help!

Decided to buy a new point and shoot compact. Up to £200 to spend and tempted by a nikon. Landscapes and nature, with a good zoom. Considering either the nikon s8200 or the s9300. Can anyone advise on which is best, or advise on an alternative. I have read review after review and sometimes wish I had never started!

Any advice really would be appreciated,

Can't comment on the S9300 but remember seeing suggestions that aspects of it might be better than the S8200? But one vote for the S8200 from me...just recently bought it myself and it's doing well so far Great wide angle lense and zoom, and the colours have been coming out great!

Many thanks EWaMH. I shall see if I get other responses. One positive vote for the 8200 is a great help. Amazon are doing it for £130, which seems pretty good seeing as it was retailing at £280

If you ever plan to take the camera out of auto mode and into manual shooting I'd consider the Canon S95 or S100 if the latter is in budget - shoots RAW and can produce some stunning shots. One of the best amateur landscape photographers I know keeps an S95 in his pocket for when he doesn't want to (or can't) lug his DSLR around, and I can't tell the difference in a lot of the shots.

Thanks, the S95 anmd S100 are both out of my price range (or should I say the amount my Wife is letting me spend!!)
