Head towards Brewlands Bridge just South of Mount Blair and take the minor road marked for Blacklunans, find a parking area at the start of the hill just opposite Nether Craig where there is an access track. Start off up the track at 10.00am, no sooner I'm on the track I'm off it as the track turns right I turn left heading for the Firebreak between the trees. Climb over the stone wall and proceed up the firebreak, the underfoot conditions are hard going and tussocky to say the least, no rythym in the legs.

As for Meall Mor, you're right about that wee firebreak ascent. Not easy underfoot at all!
