Oh I just realised when i saw your post that I forgot to write about this weekends injury for your amusement..
managed all the way round nae bother, then about 500 yards from the car on a perfectly even track, I went over my ankle.. Came good after a few minutes so I thought, but it gave way at zumba tonight and now its pooped.. Nae walkies for Seana this weekend I fear
