Weather: Sunny, little breeze, wet at start, frozen snow higher up.
Wildlife: One solitary buzzard a long way away.
Special Interest: The view over Loch Voil, fantastic.
Parked the car at road end, Ballimore, Balquhidder. Creag Mhor the target today.

Walked back up the road to track going uphill on left past a newish house along side a deer fence. At top, where a big gate is locked and private deer park notice, went right and then over a gate into field heading straight for the top of the ridge at east end. Reach a deer fence at top of field, but its wire, not a mesh, so easy to go through.
Steep after the fence as it goes straight up to top. Grass all the way, so it was easy under foot. Great view over Balquhidder opens up.

Plenty of snow banks to walk round up here, frozen snow so a bit slidy without crampons but we didn't tackle any steep slopes. Stopped at top called Clach Mhor for lunch. Great views all round, especially over to Ben More etc. Little wind and sun tan starting, so we donned the lotion. Eventually got moving again and reached the top.

Had a look round, went over to look down on the big barn at end of track. We were going to go down and walk back along the track, but the view up here was too good, so we went tourist and walked over the other side to get a better view of Loch Voil. Crossed a fence to a rocky point and could see it all from here. Worth the drop down.

After soaking it up, headed back over the other side and then reluctantly headed back down to the car. Wasn't a long walk, but the view was worth it.
