Music with a hill reference in the title....

Was singing along to Kate Bush in the car the other day on my way home from Ben Rinnes (my hill-fix when I can't get away to the mountains!) and I suddenly thought, how many songs/pieces are there written with a hill reference in the title?
Here's a few to get us started... oh and can we miss out any reference to the Sound of Music until we've exhausted all other possibilities?

1. Running up the Hill - Kate Bush
2. Misty Mountain Hop - Led Zeppelin
3. Run to the Hills - Iron Maiden
4. There is a green hill far away - ?????? just remember singing it at school years ago
5. Land of the Mountain and the Flood - Hamish McCunn (absolutely brilliant btw)

My favourite Springsteen album is Nebraska which includes the song Mansion on the Hill.
The famous fats Domino song Blueberry Hill and Peter Gabriel's Solsbury Hill. From my (Sonic) Youth - Chapel Hill. Led Zep also have Over the Hills and Far Away. The Doors made a little known song called The Hill Dwellers.
Oh and Primrose Hill by Madness.

There's a Scottish band called Teenage Fanclub. Their album 'Songs from Northern Britain' are all about hills. Only one song has a reference in the title: 'Mount Everest'. Shoegazers.

Neil Young: Sugar Mountain. Melancholy, sing it to golden plovers.

The Metallica coversong 'The Small Hours' on their genius $ 5.98 EP Garage Days Revisited (1988) has a really heavy line that runs 'Steep is the mountain which we climb'. Love that too.

It doesn't strictly have hill or mountain in the title but anytime I climb a hill and the top is in clag, I get reminded of Breaking Into Heaven by The Stone Roses.

Kudos to Klaasloopt for mentioning Teenage Fanclub as they're one of my favourite bands
