What a way to experience my 200th munro, only draw back being I was not prepared with my wee hipflask to mark the occasion :(
Otherwise one of the best tramping days in the hills ever in a very special mountain area that I know many people hold dear to their hearts

Loch Leven stretching out to the west.
5.jpg
Getting higher enjoying our walk, now joined by Tom and Colin who we met not long out of the carpark. The chattering started then and lasted all day; magic company and a stunning day is some of Scotland's most amazing mountains.
7.jpg
Sgurr Eilde Mor lies in waiting - our initial plan for 2 munros quickly turned into 4 due to such a perfect day unfolding (meaning my 200th munro was due! ......)
8.jpg
Looking back over our approach so far.
11.jpg
Ritchie as ever, lapping it up :)
12.jpg
Binnein Mor in all its glory....
(both tops, summit and the lochan in the one photo!)
15.jpg
So happy we had joined up with Tom and Colin with all 4 now on the cards. Big Ben Nevis over there....we have been so lucky with weather tackling this whole area in recent years :)
20.jpg
Been waiting for a long time to see these views on top of Sgurr Eilde Mor. Coire an Lochain below ... wow what a view :)
28.jpg
Tom, Colin and Valerie. All of us eager to now ascend Binnein Beag.
30.jpg
Enjoying Binnein Beag :)
31.jpg
Binnein Mor, and there it now lies, viewed from Binnein Beag, my 200th munro summit awaits :)
43.jpg
One of my favourite photos of the day, the entire Nevis range viewed from the south taken in Achlais a' Bhinnein Mhoir, the north east corrie of Binnein Mor :)
47.jpg
A rare feeding point. Tom, Colin, Ritchie and Valerie all thinking this is too beautiful not to stop and savour!
50.jpg
Now time to get on up the mountain and what a rewarding and amazing climb. Binnein Mor from Binnein Beag, a must do! Grey Corries appearing there :)
55.jpg
wow, wow and more wow!
58c.JPG
A cracking wee final ridge. Ah what a feeling again! Binnein Mor (200th) I won't be forgetting you (Winter ridge walk maybe next time?)
58h.JPG
The boys :)
59.jpg
Onwards now to Na Gruagaichean.....
60a.JPG
Last views of Binnein Beag for now, so memorable :)
61.jpg
Simply stunning, we will be back
63.jpg
Sgor Eilde Beag - one top for another day, maybe even an evening walk from a high level camp?
67.jpg
Marching on, taking care and finding time too to take it all in :)
73.jpg
Valerie standing proud after achieving all 4 of the Eastern Mamores :)
75.jpg
The route home over Leachd na h-Aire...amazing views again over the Glencoe area and beyond :)
Am Bodach and the back of the Ring of Steall graced us on our descent and we got back to the carpark almost 11 hours after starting the walk. What a rewarding day to savour forever :D :D :D :D :D

Ring of Steall is great and all, but this is my favourite bit of the Mamores 8) . Congratulations - I hadn't noticed you were sneaking up on the 200 mark.

Congrats on reaching 200 Bod - fantastic stuff indeed

Yourself and Val are always smiling in your reports and your enthusiasm is infectious, shining brightly.

Reading this has me wanting to do these four from Kinlochleven as I previously did the 10, without views, from Polldubh.

Cheers.
