Managed to wrestle the motor from the French woman and get a belated start to my day out in the Cairngorms. So late that the only parking ...on a Friday!....was at Coire na Ciste with a shuttle bus to get you to the Coire Cas starting point. There had been some fresh snow overnight with slight snow fallling when I passed by the queue for the Poma uplift. The grey stuff didn't lift until I was at 1083 when it became a real pleasure to be high up.....apart from the trail blazing :( ... but then is it not good for the legs?

Makes wading up thru the "grey stuff" worthwhile! What a fantastic day out you have had. One for the memory cells to store for later years, no doubt. Happy days...
