Beinn an Eoin and Baosbheinn
Video report:
Great walk but three things to note:
1- Strongly recommend doing this hike in an anti clockwise direction (unlike me). Mainly due to the steep and scrambly descent to the bothy at Poca Buidhe. Much easier doing this in ascent
2- I took a bike – not too sure I benefited from it as I found the path extremely rock and rough – at no point was I “free wheeling”!
3- Don’t leave as late as I did (13.00- not back to car until 21.00!!)
4- River crossings may be tricky after heavy rain
5- Don't hang around when the wind drops as you may get eaten alive
Apart from that it is a fantastic walk with some of the best views in Scotland
P.S. The bothy had a sign stating that it was no longer in use for the general public and only for use by Gairloch estate.
