Narnain & A'Chrois on a Perfect Winters Day!

It was time for the 4 season boots and full winter kit to make its first appearance of the season...Sunday the 11th of November was a perfect day for some fun in the snow covered hills of Arrochar.

Kerri and I ascended the rockier South East shoulder of Narnain to its summit then headed North East to A Chrois before finally heading South back to the car park. This would be Kerri's 14th Munro, she plans to hit 20 before 2014.

Stunning views in every direction, west to mull being our favourite, with snow waist deep in places! First time standing on A'Chrois which I think has the best viewpoint in Arrochar and shows Naranin, Ime and Lomond in a different light.

One of the best days of the year and I was driving the 6 hour journey back to Wales from Kinlochleven...lovely drive for an hour or so, but I wished I was up high with conditions like that...cracking pictures from my prodigal son

Hi MT, we did bump into a lovely fella on top of Narnain who took some of the photographs of us and provided some advice about coming off A'Chrois. We didn't catch his name but he was well kitted out with tripod, rusty rab neutrino down jacket. I'm guessing his photos are on another site (if the same person)?
