Well Well fit a struggle to bag a wee hill. But hae the weather was braw double figure temps in Dec.
Parked at Achenblae church.

My route is not very accurate as i was in thick woodland but was thinking this small hill would make a fine circular stroll if the forestry cleared some paths and stuck in some marker posts. I was only armed we a map of the net and compass so the trig point would probably a lot easier to find with GPS.

I don't think I'll be rushing up to do that one, some of these sub 2000ers are a bit of a nightmare right enough. I think you should bring it to the attention of the local access officer

Aye yer right Rod a lot of the small hills are on forestry commission land and are a nightmare they should be doing more i reckon to encourage folk to go for a wander by clearing the fallen trees and paths. it would not take a lot for this one the tracks are there if you can find them. was thinking ah trying the Croc next lol.

Hi Backpacker, if your up there before me can you take some photographs of the cairn or cairns you find   it might save me and Johnnycorbett going back, many thanks. It's a wee short toughie but the heather might not be as thick just now so that should help :)
