My first Grandchild is due on this date so sadly I shall be missing the meet, but for a happy reason this time (I had to miss the last one due to a funeral).
I don't want to be too far away from the arrival of a little bundle of joy that I can at least hand back when it gets too noisy or smelly.

We know the Hotel is shut but is the bar/kitchen open?? or is this an entirely self catering venue?

I think it's Self Catering for this particular weekend. Most of the staff are away.
