Just me Stevie and the dog . Booted and suited and off from the start at Altnafeidh at 0810hrs . Mwis was right for a change murky rain and low cloud nae views. This route was done as per WH the worst part was the slog from the start to the 639 spot on Stob Beinn A Chrulaiste time 0945 great views of the clag onwards and upwards . Spotted the sun a few times and the odd patch of blue looks like it will be clear soon !
Got to the cairn at 1130hrs cloud still not lifted so we decided to head down after 10min we were below the clag and the views across Rannoch moor opened up The Big Bookle still hiding found a nice sheltered area in the sun and had our break after 20min we headed down to the yjunction of the streams and headed down to the WHW heard some horror stories about the bogs on this stretch even after all the rain clean boots on the track.
Once on the track Glen Coe was clear of the clag which made it a pleasant walk back to the car Note to the pigeon that curved ridge looks worse than the peen . got back to the car at1330hrs for a bottle of Americas finest Grand.
