Route description: Fisherfield 6, from Shenavall

Munros included on this walk: A' Mhaighdean, Beinn Tarsuinn, Mullach Coire Mhic Fhearchair, Ruadh Stac Mòr, Sgùrr Bàn

Date walked: 27/07/2014

Time taken: 28 hours

Distance: 37 km

Ascent: 3000m

Thanks Rockhopper - think you too were in the area recently (has off for getting up An Teallach too - we thoughtaout the BEINN dEARG Hills - but were too gubbed to contemplate :shock: !)! - did lots of report reading before heading out too - some belting photos and reports from this round. It really felt special and especially remote. Standing at the summit of Beinn Tarsuin d looking at An Tealach made me realise how far away from anywhere we were!! An awesome place - think I'll be back in a few years - once my legs and back have recovered!!!

Thanks Annie - made the most of the clear conditions at the end and start of the day - glad I popped my head out of the tent to check :) My brother missed most of the inversion but still got some views when he awoke from his slumber (earlybirdcatchestheworm :lol: :crazy: )

Super report and some very, very classy images there Wilkie. I've done this route twice and noth had much of a view either time....you might have just spurred me for a "third time lucky" attempt :wink:

Super stuff and some stunning photos. A tough round this, one of the toughest i'd say. Had a wee visit into Fisherfield when i was up that way last month but on this day i was visiting beaches. :D

we go lucky with he weather at th end of day one - day two wasn't so good - however the lack of sun made the going a little coolers :D
