Route description: The Ring of Steall, Mamores

Munros included on this walk: An Gearanach, Stob Coire a' Chàirn

Date walked: 23/08/2014

Time taken: 10 hours

Distance: 14 km

Ascent: 1539m

Unfortunate events stopped us from finishing our planned circumnavigation of the ring, but we kept ourselves safe and will be back to try again. I really enjoyed our day in the hills and added two munro's to my tally but it was not to be this time.

Love that first picture of An Garbhanach! :D It’s a little devil with that rocky ridge and steep descent. I hope you will be able to finish the ring soon.
