This is a slightly unusual walk, isn't it?
There isn't really any path to follow from Meall Glas, take a map, use a compass and everything is gonna be OK.
Cross the river as high as you can on the way to Ben Challum. On the way back, doesn't really matter, Close to the farm there were some fences to jump over but nothing serious. I don't remember too much details of this walk, which probably means there isn't much so.
