Superb winter’s day in the hills completing the Loch Lochy Munro’s. Although it was absolutely freezing and made much worse by the wind, this day is up there with the best of them.
At one point on the way up, just before the high pass that splits the two Munro’s, we had to retreat into our 2 man bothy shelter. Well I had better re-phrase that as 2 man 2 dog bothy shelter, quick bite then decided to get on the move again as it was too cold to linger.
Had originally planned to catch the Corbett Ben Tee on this route, but due to the conditions, we decided the best plan is to come back another day for that one.

Brrrr, that looks cold! Although the dogs seem pretty unphased by it. 8)
