Took the dogs for a walk around Loch Muick today, one of their favourite places to go as it has everything a dog could wish for especially if, like my two, they love swimming!

Yeah and this time there was extra water too! We love Loch Muick, such a perfect place for a walk! The only thing that could make it better is a nice cafe or something to get a cup of tea at the end of the walk LOL

There is... it's called the Brown Sugar cafe in Ballater

Only trouble is once the car starts moving I figure I might as well wait until I get home rather than stopping off, though I have had lunch there when me and my mum went to Ballater for a walk (just followed the old railway track along to the suspension bridge and back). The cakes were very nice
I suppose having a food place at Loch Muick would just result in lots of litter though, will stick to juice and a picnic! Always nice having a picnic at the far end of the loch on the beach...when there is a beach anyway LOL

Lovely pics, and great report. Think that's made up my mind of where to take my three dogs (oh yes, and the husband!) this weekend or next. Will post photos afterwards. Thanks! Kate
