Alex and I arrived at Victoria Bridge car park just about 09.00 and set off watching the gathering cloud, the reports said light cloud so we continued. Throughout the walk we never got to see Stob Ghabhar as it was covered from around 3200 feet. The path was a bit muddy due to the amount of water, but the waterfall on Stob Ghabhar was stunning due to the amount of water rushing over it. We headed up Stob a'Choire Odhair first which worked out fine as the views during the odd break in the clouds over Rannoch Moor were excellent, we didn't wait too long due to the wind and the cloud, there was no view. The route off Stob Ghabhar was pretty good with the posts of an old fence pretty much marking out the route down, the highlights of the day were the waterfall only surpassed by a young Golden Eagle putting on a bit of a display for us, there was a load of deer around a 2 Ravens but the Golden Eagle was awesome.
