We hadn't planned on climbing this one but someone we know recommended it.

Really loved the walk up, the weather was amazing and it was really beautiful. The dogs had an amazing time climbing on all the rocks and having a wee paddle in the water. Then when we walked through into the hidden valley we were chuffed with ourselves and geared ourselves up for climbing the Munro. We met a couple of guys coming down with a lab and they said it was alright with their dog. Unfortunately, after a few more hours and almost right at the top we had to stop :( The dogs were knackered and it was pretty treacherous at the top due to snow and scree so we decided to go back down.

Although we were disappointed that we didn't make it to the top, it was an excellent day and would thoroughly recommend it. Just be a bit more prepared for snow than we were! :)

I had to turn back about half way up the climb out the Lost Valley but nothing to do with dogs - I was with the missus and she had had enough  . Not made that mistake again  . Looks like you had a good day anyway :D
