On October the eighteenth the remote Beinn Bhuidhe was on my program. I took the bus from Arrochar to Cairndow. My mind was set on testing the hydro track. This so called “Karakoram Highway in the Highlands” brought me to higher regions. At the summit the wind was strong but I stood there for ages because the view was breathtaking. This wonderful day ended with a delicious meal in the Stagecoach Inn.

Hi Teandpies and Spiderwebb! The day in Glen Fyne was marvelous. The weather gods were well inclined towards me. Unforgettable were the trip, the views and the Stagecoach Inn. Coming soon: Ben Lomond, Ben Vorlich, Aonach Mor, Carn Dearg (Corrour), Stob Ban & Mullach nan Coirean.

You missed a trick by not going up the usual way ere1, especially when you had a glorious day.
Perhaps you'll get another chance to do that. It's very pretty.

Glen Fyne itself is lovely though, isn't it? :)
