The weather has been dreadful, but it hasn't stopped everyone from getting out there and its really good to see all the fabulous images of snow capped peaks. Thank you for all the walk reports submitted. As ever it has been a pleasure to read them.

Our winner of £60 to spend at Webtogs this month is 'The waiting is finally over' by Fife Flyer. Like many of you we thoroughly enjoyed this report. It was a great read with some lovely images and also we felt it summed up all that is best about walkhighlands. Here at Webtogs we love the camaraderie of the group. Posting in the 'meets' section so that like minded walkers can join you is such a good way of making the most of a walk, especially if you don't feel like going on a solitary trek and of course it has to be one of the best ways to meet new people.

We struggled to choose our second placed walk this month, but after a long debate and a show of hands we have chosen 'Loch Ossian two day winter expedition' by pjm1 as our runner up, who wins £30 to spend at Webtogs. This walk sounded like a real adventure and the overnight camp was brave!

Lets hope the weather is starting to improve now and more of you can get out there. Keep those reports coming in.
