I started off an hour earlier than the rest of the crew as i new this was going to be a tough day after doing 23 K , taking 11.5 hours yesterday

Weather was not bad and the rest of the group caught up with me perfectly just before the summit, so we shared the summit together.

I really struggled with this one. At one point i thought i wasn't going to make it back to the lodge i was ****** :(

Legs , hips , knees were just no playing , and felt really light headed , probably down to not drinking enough over the two days....or drinking too much
So the solo walk back to the lodge was a toughie.

Almost 50k over the two days though
