Indeed, I think I needed extra chips after we did it.

Brutal certainly sums it up well and the walkout back to the car just seems to take forever.
That said, it's one for the few walks which cover more than a couple of corbetts at a time - these corbetts are certainly proving tougher than their bigger siblings  - cheers :)

Totally  they're either very easy or complete buggers! Loving the challenge of it all though :D

This is one of only two walks that I can date immediately, since I did it for a birthday treat on my 70th. It is long and tough. My first photo is timed at 6 a.m. and the last at 5.30 p.m. after which I was too tired to take any more. Must have been at least 13 hours. To add insult to injury, Manny Gorman RAN past us as part of his continuous traverse of all the Corbetts. We only met him again after Beinn Dearg Mor and Beag when he cycled downhill past us at the end of another very long day having done both those two hills and three others. Even he was not superhuman as he had to ditch the plan for yet another as it was 10.30 p.m. when he got back to his campervan.

So I can truly say "Well done!" from someone who knows what it was like.     One set of hands for each hill).
