Time taken: 4.5 hours

Distance: 12 km

Ascent: 570m

Park by church for Penvalla and then find we could have driven a short distance up the track instead. Drive to Goseland and afterwards reward ourselves with a visit to the Big Red Barn and a bowl of soup.
